Adair, IL – Julie Root's guests are Western Grain Marketing General Manager Gordon Miller and Shuttle Location Manager Terry Rouse.

Western Grain Marketing has facilities throughout western Illinois. It's newest facility is a rail shuttle at the intersection of Routes 41 and 136 near Adair.

Miller and Rouse take us on an audio tour of the new facility.

Carthage, IL – Julie Root's guest is Carthage Memorial Hospital Marketing Director Cynthia Huffman.

Huffman takes us on an audio tour of the new 47-thousand square foot facility just outside of Carthage.

Patients have not yet been moved in to the new facility. That will not happen until the state is able to come inspect the building.

Burlington, IA – Rich Egger's guest is Carolyn Dorting. She takes us on an audio tour of the new 19th Century Gallery at the Des Moines County Heritage Center.

Dorting is a retired teacher and librarian. She is a volunteer for the historical society and describes herself as an avid history buff.

The Des Moines County Heritage Center is located in the historic former library building in downtown Burlington.

Macomb, IL – Julie Root's guest is Macomb Police Chief Michael Galloway. Galloway has worked in the department for more than 26 years. Galloway will retire in August.

Galloway grew up in Mendota, Illinois. He attended Western Illinois University and
graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration.

Galloway says a lot has changed since he first joined the department in 1982.
