Frese Enters IL House District 94
The first candidate to publicly announce his bid to represent Illinois' 94th House District says job creation and education are his top priorities.
Randy Frese (R-Paloma) is a former small business owner who served as Adams County Circuit Clerk from 2004-2012.
He says he would bring a pro-growth, pro-business voice to Springfield, Il.
"We don't need to create extra revenue by raising tax rates," says Frese. "We need to get more people, with good paying jobs, living here and calling Illinois home."
He says he would work to fully fund education and stress constituent service and transparency if elected.
Frese announced his candidacy in each of the four counties in the 94th District: Adams, Hancock, Henderson and Warren.
He was joined on the tour by the woman he hopes to replace.
State Rep. Jil Tracy (R-Quincy) is not seeking re-election because she is running for Lieutenant Governor.
The filing period for the March 18th Primary in Illinois begins on Monday, Nov. 25.
This is Frese's second run for legislative office, having lost to State Sen. John Sullivan last year.
